Duct sealing in Almaden Valley

Ranch and split-level homes with long attic runs and a back room that will not cool.

Almaden houses often have flex duct laid across a hot attic. Conditioned air leaks out before it reaches the far bedroom. We test the system, seal the leaks from inside, and show you the before-and-after number.

The visit is the same across San Jose: leakage test, internal seal if the ducts are intact, and a written before-and-after. You do not need to empty the attic or open ceilings.
