Hot and cold rooms
The back bedroom stays warm in September while the hallway is fine. Leaky supply runs dump air into the attic before it reaches that room.
We seal leaky heating and cooling ducts from the inside. One visit, a measured test before and after, and more of the air you already paid for reaching the rooms.
Serving Almaden, Cambrian, Willow Glen, Rose Garden, Berryessa, Evergreen, and central San Jose.

The back bedroom stays warm in September while the hallway is fine. Leaky supply runs dump air into the attic before it reaches that room.
Open returns pull attic air into the system. Sealing those leaks cuts the dust path without a full duct replacement.
New equipment on old ducts still loses air at the joints. Seal first so the system you bought can actually deliver.

Registers are covered, the system is pressurized, and leakage is recorded. Sealant is injected inside the ducts, where it builds up at the leaks. A second test shows what changed.
If a run is crushed, disconnected, or chewed through, we say so. Those sections need repair, not sealant.

ZIP, year built, and the room that misbehaves. We confirm it is a ducted system before anyone drives out.
Homeowners book us for comfort first. Lower runtime and less dust are what they notice after the registers actually move air.
